VolMesh.cell_vertex_normal

VolMesh.cell_vertex_normal(cell, vertex)

Return the normal vector at the vertex of a boundary cell as the weighted average of the normals of the neighboring faces.

Parameters

• cell (int) – The identifier of the vertex of the cell.

• vertex (int) – The identifier of the vertex of the cell.

Returns

list – The components of the normal vector.
