Network.connectivity_matrix(rtype='array')

Creates a connectivity matrix from a Network datastructure.

Parameters

• network (Network) – Network data structure.

• rtype (Literal[‘array’, ‘csc’, ‘csr’, ‘coo’, ‘list’], optional) – Format of the result.

Returns

array_like – Constructed connectivity matrix.
